In this role you will:
- Develop a portfolio of strategic programs that are evidence-based, impactful and scalable for the Social Impact shelf in the US
- Build and execute stakeholder engagement and partnership strategy to support social and blended finance in the US
- Collaborate with SI&P employee and client engagement leads to develop innovative social impact programs aligned to client interests
- Serve as senior team member leading end to end program management and impact measurement, managing and developing team members
- Identify and drive strategic initiatives with key areas of the business that can unlock catalytic capital to address community needs
- Raise visibility and recognition of programs and impact internally and externally through strategic communications
Your expertise
You have:
- Minimum of 12 years professional experience in strategic grantmaking, corporate philanthropy or CSR with keen understanding of innovations and best practices in this area
- Private sector experience successfully developing and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives from inception; demonstrated program and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in effective interventions to advance inclusive economic growth in communities, systems thinking and outcomes
- Knowledge of social finance or impact investing field, with quantitative skills to develop social finance offering in US market
- Experience managing and coaching a team to achieve superior results through complex, national, high-profile projects
- High-level communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop effective presentations and written materials
- High cultural competence with a commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion
- Familiarity with financial services and wealth management industry preferred

Salary Information
CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $141,000 to $170,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
