About the Centre for Impact Investing and Practices
The Centre for Impact Investing and Practices (“CIIP”) fosters the growth of impact investing and practices in Asia and beyond by building and sharing knowledge, bringing together stakeholders in the community, and bringing about positive action that accelerates the adoption of impact investing. Based in Singapore, CIIP was established in 2022 as a non-profit centre by Temasek Trust, a steward of philanthropic endowments and gifts.

THE POSITION/ROLE
Job Description
Designation: Internship, Centre for Impact Investing and Practices
Reporting to: Director, Centre for Impact Investing and Practices
CIIP was recently launched in June 2022, with Temasek and ABC Impact as our strategic partners. We are a small team, and are looking for interns who are excited about the potential of impact investing to address social and environmental challenges, and recognize the importance of bringing rigour to this process.
The intern will work with the team on one or more of the following:
- Design eye-catching and informative visuals which can be used on social media platforms;
- Ensure our website and social media channels are kept up-to-date;
- Support the team to organise events to bring purpose-drive investors and companies together, to accelerate the momentum towards impact investing; and/or
- Support the team on research projects.
KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- A flair for communications, ability to design/draw/doodle will be an advantage;
- An eye for detail, useful when organising events or supporting the team on administrative duties; and/or
- A curious mind, good when doing desk-top research and performing quantitative or qualitative analysis
Regardless of which of the above special skills you have, what is most important is the ability to work independently, and yet be a good team player.
