Job Responsibilities
Support various global sustainability initiatives across the CBRE Investment Management’s real estate and infrastructure investment strategies
Work across the organization, as well as with engineering and consulting companies to deliver solution
Organize and manage programs including research, data analysis, solution development, process flows and schedules/milestones
Provide comprehensive updates on project milestones and progress
Help drive the successful implementation of sustainability initiatives, including supporting global reporting initiatives
Analyze large data sets and external data models
Perform all responsibilities in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
Build data analytics tools that can be used by internal stakeholders to track sustainability metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or Business Administration/Finance
Passionate about Data and Sustainability/ESG issues.
0-2 years of experience in sustainability real-estate, and/or data management.
Demonstrated ability to establish processes, workflows, and standard procedures
Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets and turn data into information
Excellent project management, time management and organization skills
Excellent problem-solving skills with diverse stakeholder groups
Excellent and professional communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong analytical skills
Self-starter that can identify opportunities and drive solutions
Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc…)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PowerBI and/or Tableau
Ability to create complex models that leverage several databases.
Knowledge of energy/utilities industry, utility bill processing and payment technology, and utility data management.
Working knowledge of industry recognized standards (i.e. – UN SDGs, PRI, GRESB, LEED, BREEAM, TCFD, SFDR)
Green building or energy management certificate, such as LEED Green Associate, Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
Research or knowledge of renewable energy and/or supply side energy market

The minimum salary for the Sustainability Analyst position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.”
