The Impact Investing, Transactions job is responsible for investing in new and disruptive solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and scale in sustainable development for underserved people and the planet. This job focuses on three thematic categories – Affordable Housing, Inclusive Growth and Resource Efficiency – to deliver competitive returns, measurable impact, and impact at scale. As a recognized master in impact investing, this job oversees all aspects of the investment process, including financial modeling, transaction sourcing, due diligence and valuation, structuring, documentation and portfolio company management.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Leads the process of sourcing and screening of suitable private equity investment opportunities.
- Builds a network to facilitate deal sourcing and relationship building (potential) clients and other stakeholders, such co-investors and network players.
- Prepares investment presentations and presents investment opportunities to the investment committee.
- Negotiates and structures terms and conditions of equity investments, and ensures appropriate transaction documentation.
- Monitors investments at shareholder and board of director levels, including taking up board seats.
- Contributes to overall impact investing business development, including advising on investment strategy development, fund structuring and fundraising.

Base Pay Range: $176,300/yr. – $293,800/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
