The AWM Multi-Asset Portfolio Solutions Transformation team is seeking a highly motivated Associate to generate the product strategy, delivery and implementation for industry leading Sustainable Investing initiatives. In this role you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop project plans, success metrics for the product, lead the LRCC / governance process through the entire product life cycle. The ideal candidate has experience in project management -managing multiple projects simultaneously and experience developing a strategic vision. The candidate should also have experience in building relationships with stakeholders, has a passion for sustainable investing, an understanding of wealth management, product development, and emerging technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project plans; regularly follow up on open items with the business and technology 
  • Lead/participate in meetings at the operational and project level with management and project sponsors to discuss strategy and relevant supporting details 
  • Manage complex technology initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, with far-reaching implications for clients, employees, and stakeholders 
  • Tell the story of the product to secure prioritization across the organization for new initiatives 
  • Identify and manage dependencies to facilitate product execution and development 
  • Work across stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities across the firm 
  • Define & track key business and product metrics; develop strategies to generate growth for SI products and be able to connect the dots across the organization 
  • Own relationship with LRCC partners to identify risks and resolve 
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives to reach consensus with diverse stakeholders and ultimately inform how our work and roadmaps co-exist with their roadmaps and their needs 

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

  • Be a confident communicator with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal and written updates for all levels of the organization. 
  • Acute attention to detail, follow-through and results orientation 
  • Be an analytical thinker and be able to tell a story with data 
  • Be proactive and solution oriented. Navigate complex problems as they arise, and communicate decisions and rationale to stakeholders and executives in clear presentations 
  • Be a highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused individual who is able to function successfully as part of a team 
  • Exceptional project and process management skills – with 1-3 years in a Program Management/management-aligned role 
  • Prior domain experience with financial products and/or sustainable investing required 
  • Strong familiarity with project management and analysis software, such as Excel, MS Project, JIRA, Visio, Tableau, SharePoint, etc.
